– Native iTunes / iPod Format. Higher Quality, but larger files.
Apple Lossless
– Native iTunes / iPod Format. Full CD Quality, but very large files.
WAV
– Uncompressed full CD files. Largest files. No meta data tagging. Good for CD Archive.

If you are unsure select AAC 128 if you use iTunes, or MP3 224 for all other software.
